MJGDS is considered by top educators to be one of the leading academic institutions in North Florida and is open to students of any race, color or ethnic origin who are being raised with a Jewish identity.  Our kindergarten through eighth grade classes offer a challenging dual tracked General and Judaic Studies curricula.

Our school is accredited by the Florida Council of Independent Schools and is affiliated with the National Association of Independent Schools, the National Middle School Association, the National Junior Honor Society and the Solomon Schechter Day School Association.  Our affiliation with the Solomon Schechter Day School Association provides our faculty and staff with exceptional resources and advanced educational programming which foster leading edge curriculum development.

Student success is tied invariably to the commitment of our professional and talented faculty.  In concert with our principals and staff, every child is assured of a nurturing environment in order to realize his or her potential.  With a faculty that averages greater than 10 years of teaching experience, you can trust that your child is being taught by seasoned and skilled educators.

Our average class size is 16 students, ensuring that your child will receive individual attention and guidance.  Within our dual language curriculum, we will provide your child with outstanding opportunities for academic, social and spiritual growth.
