General and Judaic studies are integrated throughout the year in order to reinforce the development of learning, thinking, and language skills. Other subjects, such as music, art, and computer, are also integrated. Although, third grade is still considered a primary grade, many new skills are introduced in both curriculums. In General Studies, cursive handwriting, multiplication, and division are new skills. The reading program is combined with science and social studies skills. In Judaic Studies, the TAL AM 3 program which is a continuation of TAL AM 1 & 2, are both spiraled in skills and content of everyday life, Shabbat, Torah and Parashat Hashavua tracks. It is our goal to reach every learner by teaching in many different methods utilizing textbooks, smartboards, computers, games, etc., so that our students can learn beyond their own potential.
