Forms can be found on the top pull down bar. Both lunch forms are due by November 19.
If you are unable to print a copy at home, please feel free to stop by the Day School Office for a copy. If you have purchased “year round lunch” for your child you do not need to fill out a monthly lunch form unless you are choosing the alternate entree or adding an extra portion.
